We have over 30 years of experience in underpinning structures. Using either traditional systems or a combination of mini piles with reinforced concrete beams and needles, we provide a design and construct service for both commercial and domestic structures.

The use of Mini Piles in underpinning has revolutionised the methods and techniques available to restore stability into an existing structure. In many cases, removing the need for deep excavtions beneth the existing foundations and can present significant health and safety issues. Should a structure suffer from excess differential settlement, our underpinning systems can in some cases be used to lift and re-;level a syructure back to its origionalposistion (see jacking of structures)
